Gentle hands-on therapy that works with the bodies fluid systems to support, balance and stabilize the central nervous system. By holding the body's resonate field, the deep rhythms in the body are able to adjust and recalibrate into a healthier more stable balance.

STRUCTURAL RECALIBRATION

After four decades of working with clients, I know intrinsically that you can't shift an injury a truama or an illness by just addressing the physical. The physical, mental, emotional, and the subtle energy bodies are a whole beautiful organic system. To heal any imbalance the whole being HAS to be involved.
Your body is trying to wake up! This means releasing the repetitive life patterns and programing; trauma, pain, injuries and illness. As you release these blocks you bring your body back into balance. Healing at this depth takes time to retrain your nervous system to know how to relax and find neutral.
The ability to return to a safe stable balance in your body and mind again and again, returning to wholeness.
By going into the body and clearing the blocks physically and realigning your structure; the body doesn't have to work so hard to maintain itself. You can let go of the fight and fear in your body and create a healthy safe relationship.
This is an opportunity, a journey to come home to your intrinsic core, your true self, to find the flow and ease in your life again.
